We provide technical construction supervision to ensure the work is executed in accordance with the design, current codes and the project's quality standards. We hold a Responsible Construction Director (DRO) accredited by the Government of Nuevo León for the validation and oversight of structural projects.

Technical site supervision
We verify on site that construction is executed in accordance with the structural drawings, specifications and current codes. We review reinforcement, concrete pours, connections and critical processes, and document progress to maintain project quality and traceability.
Responsible Construction Director (DRO)
We hold a Responsible Construction Director (DRO) accredited by the Government of Nuevo León, allowing us to formally validate and oversee structural projects in accordance with local legal requirements. It is a key role for regulatory certainty and project accountability.
