BIM Methodology & Coordination
We apply BIM methodology to develop, coordinate and document projects in an integrated way. We use Autodesk Revit as our main modeling and drawing-delivery platform, complementing our processes with digital solutions such as Autodesk Forma to optimize project performance from concept to execution.

Federated model and coordination
We integrate the structural model with architecture and MEP into a federated model, allowing us to run clash detection and resolve conflicts before construction. Early coordination reduces rework, change orders and surprises on site.
Traceable, buildable information
We turn structural design into coordinated, traceable and buildable information. We work under the ISO 19650 standard and define levels of development (LOD 300/400/500) per stage, delivering precise documentation that is ready to build.
