Seismic and wind analysis
We evaluate the structure's response to earthquake and wind through modal, spectral and, when the project requires it, nonlinear time-history analysis. This lets us control displacements, drifts and accelerations, and design systems that behave predictably under extreme events.
Performance-based design
We apply performance-based design for projects where prescriptive code is not enough — tall buildings, complex geometries or operational-continuity requirements — defining clear behavior objectives for different levels of seismic intensity.
Structural protection systems
When it adds value to the project, we incorporate base isolation and energy-dissipation systems to reduce the forces the structure receives, protect contents and improve resilience. We design under NTC seismic provisions, ASCE 7 and the applicable requirements in each jurisdiction.
