Timber as a structural system
We design structures in sawn timber, glued-laminated timber (glulam) and cross-laminated timber (CLT) for residential, commercial and hospitality projects. Timber offers excellent structural performance, light weight, fast assembly and a notably lower carbon profile.
Codes and cross-border experience
We work under the United States' National Design Specification (NDS) and Mexico's Normas Técnicas Complementarias (NTC). This cross-border practice lets us resolve connections, fire and moisture protection, and constructive details with criteria proven in both markets.
